Besides yoghurt helping in softening meat, it produces a smokiness when the meat is grilled . It gives the meat distinctive beautiful taste that will leave you craving for more. This recipe is errrthang!!!! Enjoy, share and subscribe. Recipe tutorial will be up on my instagram highlights
What you need
10 chicken wings
1/2 cup yoghurt
3 tablespoon diced chili/flakes
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 tablespoon chili paste/blended chili
1 tablespoon finely diced garlic
1 tablespoon finely diced onion or just blend it
1 tablespoon olive oil/veg oil
Combine ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with cling film and put into fridge to marinade for at least 4+ hrs.
Grill chicken on charcoal grill over medium high for 20-35 mins or until cooked. Turn periodically so all sides cook equally. Cooking time depends on the size of the wings. Grilling the chicken over charcoal ensures that you get the smokiness of the yoghurt too which adds another layer of flavor.
Serve with chili sauce, this combination is the bomb. My chili sauce is made by blending a handful of chili peppers, 1 onion and salt with a small quantity of water.
