Starting a new restaurant can be a joyful but daunting experience. You want to come out of the gate swinging. That is what culinary consultants do for restaurants. They clear the path and make sure that you stand out from the pack. Menu engineering, menu development, menu costing, hiring and training are some of the few services I offer to new and already established restaurants. I make it that it becomes impossible to fail.
