3 Ingredient Cracker

3 Ingredient Cracker

I made these crackers due to an error in my measurement for a particular recipe and it turned out so good that it has become a favorite of mine. I call it a cracker but you can call it anything you want and it pairs so well with cheese. Get your cheese boards ready pals. It is super easy to make, all you need are 3 ingredient that everyone always has in their pantry. A short tutorial will up on my instagram highlights. Don't forget to share and subscribe.

Recipe

What you need

100g plain flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoon melted unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

17ml water

Directions

Combine all dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and add the water. Stir with hands or a wooden spoon until a wet sticky dough forms. Oil palms and roll dough into logs. Put rolled dough in a greased tray and allow to rest for 35 mins. On an oiled work space, flatten dough until it light and almost translucent. Don't worry if there are holes in some part.

Put a skillet on medium high heat. Combine the olive oil and melted butter. Brush a generous amount of the melted butter into the skillet and allow to heat up. Put the dough in it and cook until the side in the skillet turns golden, flip and cook the other side until golden also.

Cut cracker into desired shapes.
